Does the displayed rounded roll decide the win?
Settlement uses the full-precision roll. The visual display may round it; use the round receipt to inspect the exact value.
Can a seed guarantee a win?
No. A client seed contributes to the result derivation alongside a committed server seed and round ID. It is a verification input, not a prediction tool.
